They weren't aloud to wear their costumes so the kids were invited to wear anything and everything Halloweeney that they have. Avi gave Lorin this cute Halloween shirt in her Halloween gift, so they went to school looking like twin'ers. They were so cute, They even had matching bows(that was more of a last minute, what should we put in the hair).
We split the class into 3 groups and sent them to 3 different stations and had them rotate every 15 mins. I was in charge of the graveyard walk, and it was so funny to see the kids so competitive that they would hop from grave to grave to be sure they got their spot in the next round. Jocelyn did pin the nose on the pumpkin and brought a frankenstien mask with blacked out eyes for them to cover their eyes with. And then the third station was a craft, where they made reflector pins for them to wear for Halloween. They could choose between a pumpkin, a frankenstein or a candy corn. Then at the end we did Halloween bingo and ate donuts with green milk. Every single student ended up coming today and good thing cause holy cow did we have candy!! There was still tons of candy that was left over, we just left it for Lorins teacher.
It looked like the kids had a lot of fun, and I had a lot of fun watching them. It is so rewarding to see the smiles on their faces and their backpacks full of candy. It makes all the stress worth it.

You are brave to do the school parties. I am more than willing to send stuff, and even go in and help, but to head one up - No Way! Too much involved. Good job on the party. Looks like the kids had fun.
