The weather was so nice last Saturday we decided to try our first biking trip for the year. So we loaded up the Green Machine and The Yellow Submarine and went out to the Salt Flats. We usually go to a place a lot closer but we thought we would make a day trip and take lunches and see how long we could last. The kids were so good, we were done before them.
Mike was getting the ATV's together and Kaki decided she was going to try and drive The Yellow Submarine. She didn't go very far, her arms couldn't reach the brake and the ignition at the same time to get it started. But she sure tried.
It was a little windy and so we got a little dust storm. Now you see them....
But it didn't last long and we had blue skies.
Lorin drove Kaki and I around, while we played on the back. She's actually a really good driver. She's improved so much from last year.
So we were so sad to see the storm clouds come in on Sunday and the Snow to start falling on Monday. Spring is suppose to be warmer, so why the heck is it still snowing? Hopefully it warms up again soon and we can go out again.
