The Weather

You would never believe, even with pictures, how changing the weather is at our house. I don't know weather to get out an umbrella, snow suit or a strait jacket. Yeah the strait jacket would probably be the best to prevent everything else. This morning it was hailing in our hallway, bath salts. The cause of the hail, my lovely adorable boy!! So I sent him to his room so I could vacuum it up. When I came back with the vacuum I saw snow flying all over his room. This time baby powder from the same lovely adorable cause. That won him a first class ticket to the tub. While the tub was filling I went back to vacuum the hall and hose down his room when Lorin starts yelling "mom come look what Christian did in the tub" . The boy (that's what he gets called when he's in deep deep dodo, which this time he literally was) pooped in my tub!!
Now the hall needs to be vacuumed, his room needs to be hosed down and my tub needs to be cleaned. Add that to the fact Mike's mom comes into town tonight so I'm frantically trying to clean the whole house and do the laundry.
Christian chooses the most opportune time, don't ya think.

This would be his "uh-oh, I just got caught face"

And this would be his, "mom's taking a picture of me, that must mean I'm cute" face.

On the good side, my hall now smells like lavender, and his room is clean and smells like fresh baby powder. And my tub is sparkling. Two rooms down, the rest of the house to go.

He looks like he comes straight from one of those aborigine tribes!! He's soo funny (when I am not in charge!).

My kids have that "I'm too cute to possibly be in trouble" face. Inside it makes me laugh, but I try not to show it on the outside. And I've seen how clean your house is. You should have no problems being ready for your mother-in-law.

Wow! I must agree, the "boy" looks adorable.

Hopefully he won't have any more surprises in store for you for the rest of the day. :)

Happy Thanksgiving!

Just think of the boy as comic relief. We all need a reason to laugh somtimes. Keep his antics coming (just don't let him know that he is enteratining the rest of the blogosphere)

Good night sister! You need a vacate! Come on down, riley seems mild but then again he instead of creating weather usually creates natural disasters, like leaving the bathroom sink running FOR AN HOUR! Atleast all the floors got mopped.

I love it. Kids can get out of anything as long as they look cute.
